D.M. Sinclair unintentionally grew up in the rural Ottawa Valley, and unwittingly studied Film and Video Production at York University. He then lived in Toronto and inadvertently began writing for television by accidentally creating an award-winning animated comedy series that ran for three seasons on CBC. He stumbled, bewildered, through writer and even head writer positions on numerous series that aired on Netflix, Nick Jr., Hulu, Network 10 Australia, and Universal Kids. He then wrote his first book "A Hundred Billion Ghosts" by randomly stirring a bowl of Alpha Bits with his finger. And the rest is history. Not interesting, but history. He inexplicably lives in Ottawa again.
