Deborah Dugan follows her passions. When she was in high school (about a million years ago), she came upon the writings of Edgar Cayce, the “Sleeping Prophet”, which led her to a deep and abiding interest in metaphysics. By that time, she had already steeped herself in many forms of science fiction and fantasy, and presently continues searching for new and innovation approaches to those genres. She has pursued informal comparative religions studies, and added quantum mechanics to the mix, over the past few years. In between, she has raised three daughters and innumerable pets, and established a career covering contract negotiations, intellectual property licensing, and privacy regulations, where she has become a respected colleague in those fields.
