Award-winning author Holly Kerr can't seem to stick to one genre. Her Charlotte Dodd series is "action chick lit", full of fight scenes and saving the world, along with the mandatory HEA. Sisters in a Small Town is "women's fiction at it's best" about sisters who don't always get along, even though they're always there for each other, just like her own sisterly relationship. And Perfectly Played is a sweet romantic comedy with a side of baseball, while the follow-up Beautifully Baked will make you hungry with the scenes from a patisserie.
