Michael Cardwell

Michael retired after thirty-two years in the US Army. He studied creative writing at Indiana University and has published military reviews, literary journals, and magazines.

He lives with his wife, Roni, in Middle America and spends time writing, brewing coffee, chasing dogs, and enjoying eight grandchildren.

He has published a collection of short stories, “THE ROUGH STUFF,” and the "Frontier" series of the Coogan Mysteries.
