I’ve always had a love for new recipes.
I started cooking when I was 7. The first thing I made on my own (at 7) was Challah bread. I was brave.
The result was what could only be described as beginners luck.
I have since had every possible failure in the book (and some of my own).
But I always succeeded in the end, and over the 25 years I had spent in the kitchen I learned how to cook.
I learned that when you burn a pancake you are not making a mistake. You are learning how to make a burned pancake. It is only when you explore the edges of the spectrum, the place where the recipe breaks, that you truly master it.
And so I mastered cooking. I could make anything I wanted to make.
Until I went raw.
A chance night of late Googling on May 25, 2015 exposed me to the Dr Morse Raw Vegan diet, and I knew it was the right choice for me.
I felt challenged as a cook, and I’m still learning new things every single day!
Join me!
