The chronicles of the chosen undead
At the beginning of time, the God of Light created the souls of men using the sparks of the Primeval Flame.
Millennia have passed since then and almost all the gods have died while fighting each other. Humanity has become weak and corrupt.
After killing the last emperor of Heidal, the sorcerer Radamant handed control of the Primeval Flame to the daughters of the God of Darkness.
They unleashed the plague of the undead upon mankind. Now, the dead live again, like monsters thirsting for the blood of those who were once their friends and relatives.
Meanwhile, an undead has risen. A scarlet-eyed demon lives in his soul, and he bears the dark mark of a curse embedded in his flesh.
He remembers nothing of his former life except his name: Rhys. Not even the three Keras, the deities who control the fate of humanity, could decipher the meaning of Rhys’ rebirth.
However, they speak of an ancient legend according to which one day an undead will decide the fate of mankind.
Will Rhys be this undead? And what fate will he choose for himself and the world?
